Payments can be made through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI (Indian Banks), Net Banking, and Wallets (supported by RazorPay, Cashfree, PayU, Paypal or any Payment Gateway Provider, as per client requirement and country specific).
By using any payment method on Brand Gryphon (https://brandgryphon.com/), we do not assume liability for:
Lack of authorization for any transaction(s).
Exceeding preset limits by your bank.
Any technical/payment issues beyond our control.
Transaction declines due to bank policies or other reasons.
Project Payment Structure
Upfront Payment: A 40% advance payment is required before starting the project.
Final Payment: After project demo approval, the remaining 60% must be paid within 30 days of project launch.
Late Payment Clause: If the final payment is not received within 30 days of project launch:
A 2% late fee per week will be charged.
Brand Gryphon reserves the right to suspend services or restrict access until payment is made.
Third-Party Costs: Any payments made for domains, hosting, software licenses, or paid advertisements on the client’s behalf are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds apply only to unutilized services. Work already completed and delivered is non-refundable.
If Brand Gryphon cancels a service for operational reasons, a refund will be processed to the client’s original payment method within 14 bank working days after receiving a refund request.
If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will be credited back within 15 working days. If not, please email support@brandgryphon.com with your User ID and transaction reference.
Third-party costs (hosting, domains, licenses, paid ads) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Revisions & Post-Launch Changes
Free Revision Window: After project launch, you get 30 days of free revisions (layout, sections, or content).
Paid Revisions After 30 Days:
Any modifications after 30 days will be charged at ₹1500 per day or ₹150 per hour.
The pricing depends on the number of changes and the implementation time.
Legal & Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu/India.
In case of unresolved disputes, arbitration will take place in Chennai, India as per local arbitration laws.
